1. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

All product photographs, product designs, drawings, graphic elements, logos and emblems, text, headings, page layout and every other element making up this website were produced within Emniyet Pazarı Çelik Para Kasaları San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.. Authorship and ownership belong exclusively to our company.

This content is protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and Turkish Law No. 6769 on Industrial Property. The product images used on the site are original works our company commissioned, with its own resources, for its own products.

2. Prohibited Use

Without our company's prior express written permission, it is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute, display, communicate to the public, republish elsewhere, use on e-commerce sites or social media accounts, transfer commercially, or otherwise make available to third parties any part or the whole of the content on this site.

This prohibition also covers using product photographs with the watermark removed, cropped, recolored or otherwise edited. Using the content in altered form does not change the nature of the infringement.

3. Legal Action in Case of Infringement

Where an infringement of the rights above is identified, our company is entitled — first and foremost under Article 68 of Law No. 5846, to claim damages of up to three times the current market value — to bring civil actions for the cessation and prevention of the infringement and for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages, and to exercise its right of criminal complaint under Article 71 and the following articles of that Law.

In addition, applications are made to the relevant hosting providers and competent authorities under Law No. 5651 for the content to be taken down and access to it blocked. For each infringement identified, legal proceedings may be commenced directly, without waiting for a formal warning notice.

4. Permitted Use

Organizations and individuals wishing to use our content for dealership, promotional, press or similar purposes may send a written request to emniyetpazari@emniyetpazari.com.tr. No use is permitted without our company's written approval; where approval has been given, it does not legitimize any use falling outside its scope.

5. Nature of the Content

The product dimensions, technical specifications and images on this site are for promotional purposes. We reserve the right to make changes to products in line with production and development. For binding technical data and current product information, please contact our sales team.

No pricing is published on the site. Price and stock status are shared only through direct contact.

6. Protection of Personal Data (Turkish KVKK Information Notice)

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, the data controller is Emniyet Pazarı Çelik Para Kasaları San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.. The name, email address, telephone number and message content you submit through the contact form on our site are processed solely in order to assess your enquiry, respond to you, share product and pricing information, and carry out sales and after-sales processes.

This data is collected electronically by automated means, on the legal grounds set out in the second paragraph of Article 5 of the Law: that processing is “directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract” and that it is “necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller”. It is not used for marketing, is not shared with third parties and is not transferred abroad; it is processed only by the technical infrastructure providers used for hosting and email delivery, and only to the extent the service requires.

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to access your personal data, to request its correction or erasure, and to object to its processing. You may send your requests to emniyetpazari@emniyetpazari.com.tr; applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest. Your data is erased once the purpose of your request has ceased and the retention periods in the relevant legislation have expired.

7. Cookies

This site uses no cookies for advertising, profiling or behavioral tracking. There is no third-party tracking code. Only the technical data necessary for the site to function is used, and that data is not intended to identify you.

8. Competent Courts

Disputes arising from this legal notice are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the Istanbul (Central) Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction.
